PaddleSafe sends location data and emergency alerts over your mobile network. In areas with limited or no signal — remote coastlines, offshore waters, or sheltered coves — alerts may not be delivered immediately.
For paddles in low-signal areas, we strongly recommend carrying additional communication devices such as a marine VHF radio or a personal locator beacon (PLB) alongside PaddleSafe.
